Shipping Policy
At the Lava Show we ship worldwide using DHL Worldwide Express, ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, delivery generally takes X business days, depending on your location.
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our facility. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once you enter your address during checkout, the total shipping fee will be updated automatically.
Estimated DHL Shipping Rates (1–5 kg)
- USA & Europe: Approximately 2.500 - 3.500 ISK
- Iceland: Approximately: 1.000 ISK
- Rest of the world: 5.000+ ISK

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
You may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. This especially applies to customers in the EU, Canada, and Australia.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the buyer. Customs policies vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
EU Customers: Local VAT will apply at delivery.
Other International Customers: Please be aware of any import rules in your country.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it will be returned to us and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
If your order is marked as a gift, we will still be required to declare the item’s value on the customs form, as per international shipping regulations.
Packaging & Handling
We take special care to pack each order securely. All packages are carefully prepared to protect your items during transit. Shipping fees include both handling and postage costs.
We recommend placing all items in a single order, as we are unable to combine separate orders after they are placed.
