Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, you need to first contact us on info@lavashow.com to let us know we should expect the return of the product. 

The items must be in their original, unused condition. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or use. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, but it may take a little longer for the amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider. If you haven’t received your refund in 10 business days, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card company.
